Our theater department took the stage this past weekend with their latest production, “An Alabama Story.” With a compelling storyline and a dedicated cast and crew, this theatrical performance promises to captivate audiences with its powerful narrative.
“I was proud of how much work we put in to make it a good show and how well it came together under the circumstances,” sophomore Sam Johnson said.
Actors in the play have been doing this for four years now and shared how there are still different things in every play.
“My character was unique, and those are always my favorite to play,” senior Mason Hernandez said.
The actor’s sentiment about their character highlights the enjoyable and enriching experience of working closely with the cast.
“I liked my character, she may not have been my favorite but she was fun to play and I got to bond with the cast,” senior Addyisn Kaber said.
Performing the same show for four days in a row affected the actors’ energy.
“One thing I wish was better was that I kept my energy up through the shows,” Johnson said.
When the last show was put on you can see just how much effort was put in and how dedicated everyone was.
“This was all a great experience and I’m so glad I got to have it in my final year here,” Hernandez said.
