As graduations are coming up there will be more nerve-racking nights and days ahead. Many seniors are planning out their last-minute college decisions and exploring their academic opportunities, and one senior, Rayan Charide, seems to have it all figured out.
“I’m going to Lone Star in Townlake, to be close to home and the acceptance rate is high,” Charide said.
However, during the hard drawbacks, Rayan didn’t know where to begin with choosing a college and how to start applying. She made a choice that best fits her and her career journey.
“It all depends on if your GPA or SAT matches the requirements that fit the college you want to go to,” Charide said.
Despite all the comparisons of scores, Rayan chose to stick with a local college to balance out school with her personal life.
“I have many friends who are also nearby and going on this next chapter with me. It’s great to have friends to help motivate you and be there every step of the way.” Charide said.
Throughout Rayan’s high school years, she met people that came and went, but the best ones stuck around to thrive with her every day.
“I’m ready to see what Lonestar has in store for me. This next chapter is going to be long but exciting,” Charide said.
With Rayan having everything all ready to go, and set for this next new beginning in life she is in countdown mode waiting for the big graduation day.
