The CW’s hit TV show, Riverdale, premiered earlier this year and already has millions of fans.

The show is an adaptation of the Archie comics with a dark murder mystery spin and plenty of teen drama.

It follows Archie Andrew, who’s having a hard time choosing between pursuing music or playing football and his friendship with Jughead Jones has hit a rough patch. Things get a whole lot complicated when the dead body of Jason Blossom, another football player, is discovered; and mysterious new girl, Veronica Lodge, suddenly moves into town.

Most critics seem to love the show, giving it 7.8/10 on IMDb and 87% on Rotten Tomatoes.  The show also manages to get a least a million viewers every week.

Overall, I loved season 1.The acting is pretty good. There are a few cheesy lines here and there, but for me it just makes it more entertaining .The cast has a lot of chemistry and you can definitely see it throughout the show. The story-line is also really great, each episode leaves you wanting to know what will happen next.

If you’re looking for something to binge watch, this 13 episode show is perfect for you. Season 1 is already on Netflix and season 2 premiered in October.

I give this show a 8/10.
