The Theater Kid takes New Responsibilities
Mason Hernandez, a junior with a passion for community and a drive for change, has been elected as a new class officer. Hernandez has already begun preparations for the upcoming year, and he is determined to make a positive impact.
Hernandez shared his excitement about his new role.
“I am honored to be chosen as the class officer and I am excited to serve my fellow classmates,” Hernadez said. “I am looking forward to bringing new ideas and initiatives to the table and making a positive impact on our school community.”
One of the areas where Hernandez hopes to make a difference is in the theater department. Hernandez is an active member of the theater community and is determined to help bring more attention to the department.
“Theater has always been a huge passion of mine, and I want to use my position as a class officer to help promote and support the theater department,” Hernandez said. “I believe that the arts are an essential part of any school community, and I want to ensure that our theater program receives the recognition it deserves.”
Hernandez’s passion for theater has not gone unnoticed by his peers.
“I am thrilled to see him take on this new role and use his position to bring more attention to the theater department,” junior Lauren Hernandez said. “He has a real talent for bringing people together and creating a sense of community, and I have no doubt that he will do great things as a class officer.”
In addition to his passion for theater, Hernandez has also been active in a number of other extracurricular activities, including student government and volunteer work.
“I want to use my position as a class officer to create more opportunities for students to get involved and make a difference,” Hernandez said. “Whether it’s through volunteering, joining a club, or participating in school events, I want to encourage everyone to get involved and make their voices heard.”
As Hernandez prepares to take on his new role as class officer, he remains focused on his goals and committed to making a positive impact on the school community.
“I am excited to work with my fellow classmates and the administration to create positive change and make Langham Creek an even better place to learn and grow,” Hernandez said.
