PAX South is Coming to San Antonio
PAX South, a gaming convention, is coming to San Antonio, from Jan. 18th to 20th at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. It is just one of the PAX conventions, which include PAX West, East, and Australia.
The convention is dedicated to all forms of gaming, from the typical video games, to tabletop and card games. And if gaming isn’t your cup of tea, the convention also includes live music performances, panels featuring new and veteran game developers, and local artists who like to use the convention in order to get their artwork out into the world. PAX South first started in 2015, and has been held in San Antonio every year since. The convention is commonly full of indie and triple-A publishers showing off their new or upcoming games, and thus, it’s an exciting event for many fans in the gaming community. Single-day tickets to the event are $40, while full three-day passes are $80.
After the convention, we at the LC Howler will publish a more in-depth article, including pictures and any announcements or noticeable games from the convention.
