Chloe Ting’s workout videos seem to be a growing trend with people posting their results after doing the two week program. This specific video with over 74 million views, focuses on your core and gaining abdominal strength. After two days of doing this 11 minute workout myself, I could already feel and see a difference in my own abs. If ab workouts are not what you’re looking for, she also has free workout programs on her website https://www.chloeting.com/program/ that works out other areas of your body.

Madfit’s song workouts are my favorite of her’s because they are relatively short workouts that are to the length and tune of today’s popular songs. Each video has a different workout so one day you could be doing squats to Britney Spears or cardio workouts to Ed Sheeran. The added music to the workouts makes exercising much more fun and enjoyable for me.

POPSUGAR Fitness has a wide variety of videos from kickboxing to Zumba that you can try, but I recommend their barre workouts. I’ve personally done these workouts for about 3 months once a week, and I started to see definition in my whole body in just a month. While these may be ballerina barre workouts, you don’t have to be a trained dancer to get this good full body exercise in. This video is significantly longer than the other two videos, but the more often you do it, the faster it goes by.
