Japanese culture club is a club which celebrates and explores Japanese and East Asian culture. The sponsor is biology and forensic science teacher, Mrs. McElroy. The club meets every Wednesday in room 1107.

“We’ll make something traditionally Japanese or watch or eat something from Japan,” club officer Joey Christian said.

The club has around 10-15 permanent members who meet to participate in a variety of activities from watching anime to eating Japanese food and making origami.

“It’s fun and sometimes chaotic,” Mrs. McElroy club sponsor said.
